Hover over the First option on the left menu of your homepage and and click into the desired Table

Apply any filters and click "Export"

Download the export emailed to you.

Click "Admin"

Click "Import or Update Records"

Click "Create Import"

Choose the Record Type:
- Child Records are any table sections in the workflow

Chose the Import Type:
- Update: Update Existing Records. You must provide a value in the “Child record id" column for records that you want to update. Not all cells need to have data for the update, only the Child Record Id and the desired fields.

Click "Next"

Click "sample CSV template" to download to your downloads folder.

Map your data onto the template.

Use the Child Record Id from the emailed export to attach the new table data to the correct parent record.

Drag and Drop or Click the cloud icon to select the proper CSV file.

Click Import
