Vsimple's Outloook integration allows an Outlook email thread to be synced to one (or multiple of your Vsimple records). Outlook messages can be added to a record either by posting the email file (.msg or .eml) to the activity stream or by adding the Vsimple record email to one of the email messages.
In automations, the Outlook integration can also send notification emails from one of your internal email addresses instead of the record email address.
To setup the Outlook integration follow these steps:

Upload any .msg or .eml file to any record's activity stream

Identify an admin of your Azure or Entra account that can approve new apps and have them go to this record and hit "Connect Outlook"

They will be prompted to approve the Vsimple Outlook App
