Status Change Log Definitions

Below are helpful definitions of the Status Change Log in your Power BI Dashboard.

Everytime a record changes status in Vsimple, a new row is added to the status change log that captures the following:

1. Created At: the date that the status change occurred.

2. Next Status Name: The status the record moved to

3. Previous Status Name: The status the record moved from

4. Previous Status Type: Active vs. closed status options in the Admin> Statuses section. Use this field when measuring which type the record moved from.

5. Active Days: Use this when measuring the total number of days spent in statuses labeled "Active"

6. Net Working: Use this to measure the number of day spent in the status the record was in the previous status.
