Automation Actions Defined
1. Add Collaborators: Add users to Records based on the conditions listed.
2. Change Status: Update a status.
3. Notify Users: Send an email to users, a team, a user field, or a custom email
4. Create Files from Template: If there is a template in Admin>File Templates, Vsimple Automation would generate the
file
5. Create Linked Record: If the workflow has a linked record, vsimple would create a record in the linked workflow and
copy specified information. e.g., "closed won" in Quotes, create a linked record in the Sales workflow.
