Record Management

Change Record Type

- Click into the record - Find and Select "Actions" button on the top right of the record, below your user name - Select "Update Record Type" - Select the correct record type - To save, click "Update Record Type"

Change the name of a Record

- Locate and click a record - On the right of the record name, locate and click the pencil to make the necessary edits

Make edits to a Record

- Locate and click a record - In the tab to the right of “Activity Stream,” select “Info” section - On the right of each section, select “edit” to make changes - Click “Save” or “Discard” when finished - To add a new row to a table section, choose “Add” on the bottom right of each section - If editing multiple fields, click “Save” once can be applied to all your work - Select “Save” or “Discard” when finished

Delete a Record

- Admins have access to this function - Click into the record - Find and Select "Actions" button on the top right of the record, below your user name - Select "Delete Record"

Merge Records

Admins can merge any records, non-admins must be collaborators in each records. 1. Click the 3 Dots 2. Click Merge Record 3. Search and Select the record to merge 4. Click "Next" 5. Choose the preferred data that will remain the source of truth 6. Confirm that you would like to merge these records by clicking "merge." This action cannot be undone. This merger will be documented in the activity stream \
