Resource Management

Organize resources by topic

- Locate the “Resources” link in the Nav Bar on the left of your Vsimple platform - Select the “New Folder” button - Complete the required information - Select “Create Folder”

Update frequently used files/ resources?

- Locate the “Resources” link in the Nav Bar on the left of your Vsimple platform - Locate the file name that needs to be updated - Select the 3 dots on the right of the page - Click "Edit" or “Upload new version” - Select the file to upload - Click "Save Changes"

Add files to folders

1. Click into the specified folder - Click "Add a New Resource" button on the right - Drag & drop or Click within the shaded box to upload a file from your computer To upload a link: in the “Resource Type” box, select “URL” from the drop-down box. - Select “Add Resource” to save

Add files to the Resources section

- Locate the “Resources” link in the Nav Bar on the left of your Vsimple platform - Select the “Add New Resource” button - In the new window, drag & drop or click to upload a file from your computer in the clouded area To upload a link: in the “Resource Type” box, select “URL” from the drop-down box - Select “Add Resource” to save
