Add a User

Only Admins are capable of this action

  • Click the “User Management” link in the Nav Bar on the left of your Vsimple platform

  • Select “Add User” button

  • Complete the required information

  • Be sure to define the user permissions regarding “Role,” “Financial Access,” and “Record Permission”

  • Both “Internal Standard” and “External” Role permissions will permit you to specify which records these new members have access. This specification can be found and edited under the title “Record(s) where Collaborator.”

  • Select “Create User” at the bottom of the page
