Locate and click the Bell Notification icon on the top right corner, next to your profile icon

Click on the settings or gear icon

To receive notifications, user must be listed as a collaborator on the specific Record

Added As Collaborator: Each time a user is added as a collaborator of a record, the user will be notified

Announcement: check this box to be notified of any Vsimple software updates

Custom Notifications: (recommended) To be specified by an account manager/ Admin

Mentioned In Message: (recommended) check this box to receive a notification when directly tagged in a message

New File Or Message: check this box to receive a notification whenever a new file or message is communicated within a record.
Type of Notification:

IN APP: the notification bell will be illuminated with a red number

WEB PUSH: notifications must be enabled within your website browser settings to allow vsimple to trigger a banner notification

EMAIL: this notification, along with a link to the record will be sent within 10 minutes after the notification is triggered. If the user notified is within the exact record, an email will not be sent to the tagged user(s)
