Locate and click on the record

Locate the Collaborators section of your record to the right of “Description”

Below the member’s names, select “View & Manage”

Search user’s name(s) in the text box and select “Add” to add them to the record

The person added must be an existing user member of your user base

Click the “X“ aside the user’s name you wish to remove from the record (only available to admins)
