Selecting the “Don’t notify collaborators” check box

  • Anyone who has their notifications checked “on” and is assigned as a collaborator in the record will receive a notification each time there is post or upload in the Activity Stream

  • Checking the box “Don’t notify collaborators” will ensure that a notification will not be sent to the collaborators on this record. @ Messaged users will still be notified (their notification settings pending).
