Emails Displaying Blank

This is due to a setting on your computer. Please follow the below steps to resolve.

  1. Ensure your outlook app is updated to the most recent version

  2. Computer Settings

  3. Click "Apps"

  4. Click "Default Apps"

  5. In the Enter a file type or link type, type ".eml"

  6. Open the option displayed and choose the newest version of the oulook logo.
